Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with Ivory & Ink Weddings, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Design, Production & Delivery Timeline
Wedding Invitations & Day-Of Stationery:
Allow approximately 4–5 weeks for the full process including:
• 1 week for artwork creation and approval
• 2–3 weeks for printing
• 1 week for postage

Providing Details
Within 1 business day of placing your order, you’ll receive an email with forms to complete. These forms must be returned before we can begin your artwork.
Artwork
• Initial artwork proofs will be sent within 1–5 business days after all required details are received.
• Your order includes 2 rounds of changes to finalise your design before printing.
Assembly
Please note that invitations are not assembled into envelopes. Items will be packed separately cards in one bundle, envelopes in another.
If your order includes wax seals, these will not be applied to envelopes or stationery pieces; they will be provided loose for you to apply yourself.
Envelopes
All invitation, save the date, and thank you card orders include white lick n stick envelopes sized to suit each item.
Please note:
The white envelopes do not match the white card stocks used for your stationery.
Invitation envelopes and save the date/thank you card envelopes are different shades of white due to differences in stock and sizing.
If you’d like envelopes that match your chosen card stock, these must be ordered separately and will incur an additional cost. They are not included with your order by default.
Fabric Stationery
Our fabric pieces, including ribbons and fabric signage, are thoughtfully handmade and prepared with care. Due to the nature of working with textiles, certain characteristics are part of the beauty and finish of fabric stationery.
Folds & Pressing
To ensure safe delivery, fabric items are packaged folded. As a result, light crease lines may be visible upon arrival. This is normal and not considered a fault.
Creases can be softened by:
• Using a light steam or low-temperature iron
• Placing a plain cloth over the fabric
• Gently pressing on the reverse side of the artwork only
Please take care when steaming or ironing, as excessive heat or direct contact with the printed area may cause damage. Ivory & Ink Weddings is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect pressing.
Raw Edges
Ribbons are intentionally supplied with raw, untrimmed ends. They are not cut into a finished shape, as they are designed to be styled and trimmed by you or your stylist on the day.
This allows flexibility to achieve your desired finish, whether straight cut, angled, dovetailed, or softly frayed.
As fabric is cut and handled, slight fraying may naturally occur. This is an inherent characteristic of textile products and is not considered a defect.
Text Placement & Handmade Variations
Each ribbon is individually handmade and printed. While consistent placement guidelines are followed, slight variations in text positioning may occur between pieces.
All placement measurements provided on product listings are approximate. Minor variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults or grounds for refund or replacement.
Dispatch
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, StarTrack, or a local delivery driver (ATL unless otherwise requested).
Pickup is available from Frankston South, VIC by appointment.
Copyright & Usage
All designs are the intellectual property of Ivory & Ink Weddings and are protected by copyright. Reproduction, copying, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
Marketing Use: Unless you request otherwise before placing your order, your designs may be photographed and shared for promotional use on our website, social media, or print.
Client Responsibility: Clients must obtain permission for any copyrighted materials (e.g., hymns, logos) used in their design.
Payment
Full payment is required before we begin work on your artwork.
Currency
All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Ivory & Ink Weddings is not registered for GST.
Order Quantity
Minimum order quantities apply to each item. If you require smaller quantities, additional fees may apply please get in touch for more information.
Colours & Printing
• Colour Variations: Printed colours may differ from what you see on screen due to monitor settings.
• Print Consistency: Colours may vary slightly between print runs. For best results, we recommend ordering all your stationery items together.
• Material Differences: Exact matches between printed colours and coloured card stocks may not be possible, but we will match as closely as we can.
• Samples: Sample packs are available to help you view colours and card stock options before ordering.
Paper Curling
In rare instances, paper stock may naturally curl due to environmental factors such as excessive heat, humidity, or changes in temperature. As paper is a natural material, it can respond to surrounding conditions once it leaves our studio.
All stationery is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it leaves us in perfect condition. However, environmental exposure during transit or after delivery is beyond our control.
Card Stocks
We offer a range of card stocks to suit different styles and printing methods. Sample packs are highly recommended when selecting your preferences.
Fonts
• Font changes can be made but must suit the overall design style. We’re happy to suggest suitable alternatives.
• For design protection, font names are not disclosed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
