How does your ordering process work?
Everything you see on my website can be ordered directly, right on the product page — just select your options, add to cart, and I'll be in touch once your order is placed to get your artwork started.
If you'd like something custom, or an item that isn't listed on my website, you can request a custom quote instead — see "Getting a Quote" below.
For a full breakdown of my process, from enquiry through to delivery, head to my Ordering Process page.
Prefer to chat it through first? I offer a complimentary Design Consultation where we can talk through your vision, options, and next steps before you commit to anything.
Getting a Quote
How do I request a quote?
All of my pricing is already listed on my website, so if you can see what you need there, simply place your order directly — no quote required.
Quotes are for custom requests — think a fully custom design, or finishes like foiling or letterpress that aren't listed on my website. If that's you, request a custom quote through my Invitation Quote form or my Day Stationery Quote form, depending on what you're after.
I've already got my invitation design — can you just print it for me?
Yes! If you've designed your own invitations (or had them designed elsewhere) and just need them printed, I offer a print-only service. Send through your details via my Print Only Quote form and I'll come back to you to arrange your print-ready artwork and a quote.
Not sure which card stock to choose? Check my Card Stock Guide. Turnaround is approximately 2 weeks once your artwork is approved.
What information do you need from me to make an order?
Once you've placed your order, I'll email you a form to fill out. This form gathers all the details I need to create your artwork proof.
Artwork & Design
Can I see the design before it's printed?
Absolutely! Every custom artwork order includes a digital proof along with two rounds of revisions before the artwork goes to print.
When you receive your proof, please review all details carefully. Your attention to detail helps ensure everything is perfect from the start, avoiding any need for reprints due to errors.
How long does it take to create the design?
Invitation cards & day stationery orders: Please refer to my Ordering Timeline for detailed information.
Cards & gifts: Once your order is placed, please allow 1–5 full business days for me to package and post it.
Do you guarantee colour matching for my order?
When selecting colours for your artwork, please keep in mind that they may appear slightly different on the final printed product compared to your computer screen. Even with a calibrated monitor, several factors can affect how colours translate to print, so 100% colour accuracy can't be guaranteed.
There may also be slight colour variations between larger items like signs or posters and smaller printed products like invitations, due to differences in printers and materials used for each product.
Can I order extra items after my order has been placed?
It's always a good idea to order a few extras upfront if you're unsure about your final numbers.
If your order has already gone to print and you need additional items (fewer than your original order), the unit price per item may increase due to the smaller quantity. A minimum order fee may also apply.
Customising Your Order
Can I include RSVP details on my invitations?
Yes! All of my designs are fully customisable, so I can include your RSVP details at the bottom of your main invitation card without any problem. Feel free to personalise it exactly as you wish!
Can I request additional questions on my RSVP card?
Yes! All of my designs are fully customisable, so you can add as many questions as you'd like to your RSVP card. Just let me know what you'd like included!
Can you make a QR code for me and include it on my invitation or details card?
Yes! I can create a QR code and include it on your invitation or details card. Just provide me with the URL you'd like it to link to, and I'll take care of the rest!
Do envelopes come with my order?
Yes! All orders for invitations, save the dates, and thank you cards include blank, smooth white banker lick-n-stick envelopes. If you'd like coloured or printed envelopes, this will incur an additional charge.
Will my order come assembled as standard?
As a standard, invitations aren't placed into envelopes or pockets, and belly bands come flat with tissue tape applied. Items like place cards and programs that are scored will arrive flat with a score line for easy folding. DIY paddle fans come with un-assembled paddle pop sticks and double-sided tape for you to apply. Tags will have a 3mm round hole, but the string isn't included.
If you'd like your order assembled, please contact me prior to ordering for a custom quote.

Popular Wedding Stationery Questions
What wedding stationery do I need?
Wedding stationery typically includes save-the-dates, invitations, RSVP cards, details cards, menus, place cards, table numbers, thank you cards, and signage. The specific items you'll need depend on your wedding style and needs.
When should I send out wedding invitations?
Wedding invitations should be sent 6–8 weeks before the wedding. For a destination wedding, aim for 3–4 months in advance to give guests plenty of time to plan.
What's the difference between save-the-dates and wedding invitations?
Save-the-dates are an early notice for guests to save the date, sent 6–12 months in advance. Invitations are more formal and provide details like the venue, time, and RSVP instructions.
How much should I budget for wedding stationery?
Wedding stationery costs can vary widely based on the quantity, design, and printing method. On average, couples spend $500–$1,500 for all their stationery needs.
What wording should I use for wedding invitations?
Wording should reflect your wedding's tone. A formal invite might say, "The honour of your presence is requested at the marriage of..." while a casual one might read, "Join us to celebrate the wedding of..."
How far in advance should I order wedding stationery?
Order save-the-dates 8–12 months before the wedding and invitations 4–6 months before. This ensures enough time for designing, printing, and delivery.
