Pre-sale FAQs
How does the pre-sale work?
Orders are open from 1 October to 16 November. Once orders close, I make every ornament together and post them all by 1 December, in plenty of time for Christmas.
Can I order after 16 November?
Ornaments are only available during the pre-sale, so be sure to order before orders close on 16 November.
Will I see a proof?
Digital proofs aren't included. Your ornament is made in the design shown in the photos, so please double-check your spelling and details when you order.
