Production & Delivery Timeline

Please allow 4 weeks for me to design, print, and deliver your wedding invitations or day stationery: 1 week for artwork creation and approval, 2 weeks for printing, and 1 week for postage. Processing times may vary depending on your order details and how quickly you approve your artwork proofs.

Step 1

Providing Your Details

Once you've placed your order, I'll contact you via email within 1 business day and send you the necessary forms to complete. These forms ensure I have all the details to create your artwork.

Step 2

Artwork Creation

Once you've provided all the necessary details, I'll begin working on your artwork proofs.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for your initial artwork proof to arrive via email
  • Your order includes two rounds of revisions to ensure everything is perfect before printing

Step 3

Production

After you've approved your artwork, your order will go into production. Printing times vary depending on the type of stationery and finishes selected:

Wedding Invitations

  • White ink + Standard ink: up to 10 business days
  • Gold + Silver ink: up to 10–15 business days
  • Die-cut shapes: up to 10–15 business days
  • Custom Wax Seals: up to 15 business days
  • Letterpress: up to 13 business days
  • Hot Foil / Embossing: up to 16  business days

Place Cards & Menus

  • White ink + Standard ink: up to 10 business days
  • Gold + Silver ink: up to 10–15 business days
  • Die-cut shapes: up to 10–15 business days

Welcome Signs & Seating Charts

  • PVC foam board: up to 10 business days
  • Acrylic: up to 15 business days

Bar Menus / Table Numbers / Small Signage

  • PVC foam board: up to 10 business days
  • Acrylic: up to 15 business days
  • Card stock: up to 10 business days

Acrylic Cake Toppers

  • Up to 10–15 business days

Fabric Stationery

  • Up to 10–15 business days

A "business day" is a complete Monday–Friday working day (excluding public holidays). The count starts the business day after your artwork proof is approved, so the approval day itself isn't counted.

Step 4

Dispatch

All orders are sent via Express Post with Authority to Leave (ATL), which generally takes 1-2 business day. However, please allow up to 1 week, especially during peak seasons like Christmas.

📍 Pick-up is also available from my home studio in Frankston South, VIC.
