Emma & Jamie at The Continental Sorrento

The Continental, Sorrento VIC

For Emma and Jamie's wedding at The Continental Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula, I designed a custom wedding seating chart, wedding menus, and a matching bar menu. Guests found their seats via a sage green "Our Favourite People" seating chart with a soft arched top, styled beneath a cascading arrangement of blush roses and white hydrangea.

Outside on the terrace, tall stone plinths held dramatic floral arrangements of calla lilies, blush roses, and anthuriums, set against the Continental's heritage stone facade and ocean views over Sorrento. Inside, the reception carried the same soft palette through, with candlelight, draped linen, and hand-tied floral runners along the head table, while the custom bar menu sat framed beside a lush arrangement at the drinks station, a nod to the building's history with a vintage print on the wall behind it.

Sage green and soft blush is one of my favourite palettes to design for on the Mornington Peninsula, it photographs beautifully against the stone and coastal light of venues like The Continental.
