Whether you're planning a fancy black-tie dinner or a breezy beachside feast, we’ve got the perfect menu to match.
Customisation:
Your wedding, your way! Choose from a gorgeous selection of paper colours, ink styles, fonts, and die-cut shapes to create a menu that’s as unique as your love story.
Food Options:
Display your menu however you like whether it’s a formal sit-down dinner, a share-plate feast, or a fun food-truck lineup, we’ll make it look amazing.
Include Your Drinks Menu:
Want to include your drinks menu? No problem! Select double-sided printing and we can include it on the reverse side for you.
Guest Names:
Want to add a personal touch? We can print guest names on each menu, doubling as a place card and a keepsake they’ll want to take home.
All orders are posted via Express or Standard post from VIC Australia.
How It Works
Ordering your wedding stationery should be stress-free and fun! Here’s how the process works from start to finish:
1. Browse
I offer a range of modern, minimalist designs that can be fully customised to match your theme, style, and colour palette.
Looking for something unique? No problem! Send me your Pinterest board or inspirational images, and I’ll create the perfect design just for you.
2. Order
Before placing your order, be sure to check my Production & Delivery Timeline so you know what to expect.
Once you’ve found a design you love, you can:

✅ Request a custom invoice if you need something tailored

3. Artwork Creation
After you’ve placed your order, I’ll email you within 1 business day with the necessary forms to collect all your details.

Once I receive your details, I’ll create your digital artwork proof and send it to you via email. Your order includes two rounds of revisions, so we can make sure everything is absolutely perfect before it goes to print.
4. Production
Once you’ve approved your artwork, your order will be sent off to print. Production times vary depending on the type of stationery and finishes chosen—check my Production Timeline for details.
5. Dispatch
When your order is complete, it will be shipped to your postal address via Australia Post Express, StarTrack, or a local delivery driver.
📦 All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise requested.
📍 Free pick-up is available from Frankston South, VIC.

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, global supply chains are currently experiencing disruptions. As a result, some specialty paper stocks used for wedding stationery may be delayed in arriving in Australia.
This may affect certain coloured or textured card stocks offered within the Luxe range.
If you currently have an order with Ivory & Ink Weddings and your selected stock becomes unavailable or delayed, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Alternative paper options will be suggested that complement your chosen design and maintain the quality you expect.
Ivory & Ink Weddings works closely with professional trade printers and suppliers to ensure the highest quality printing. We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to do everything possible to minimise delays.
